GET · application/json
Dated claims and figures (JSON)#
/exports/claims.json ↗Claim text, values, units, dates, evidence status, interpretations, source IDs, and superseded records.
For developers and agents
Six simple endpoints. Complete datasets with source context. Retrieve the published record without an account or API key.
Sources through Oct 7, 2026
Recorded-index check through Sep 24, 2026
Use HTTPS GET with no credentials or Authorization header. Each response contains the full published dataset; filter it in your own application. There are no query filters, pagination, or write operations. HEAD requests are also available for inspecting headers.
JSON endpoints return application/json; CSV endpoints return text/csv. Public endpoints allow browser requests from other origins. Honor the response cache headers and use ETag conditional requests when provided.
const response = await fetch('https://lakefrontokeechobee.com/exports/claims.json');
if (!response.ok) throw new Error('Data request failed');

const current = records.filter(record => !record.superseded_by);
// Use each record's citation_url and retain its as_of date.
// Join record.source_ids to sources[].id for the bibliography.GET · application/json

GET · text/csv
/exports/relationships.csv ↗Sourced company membership interests and project roles. Company interests are not personal ownership percentages.
GET · text/csv
/exports/closings.csv ↗Confirmed deeds in the public ledger. County records verified through 2026-09-24; an empty ledger does not establish that no sale occurred. Buyer identities and financing are excluded.
Both JSON exports include publisher information, the website URL, coverage and county-index cutoffs, methodology and reuse links, a qualification, and a records array. Claims JSON also includes a sources bibliography.
id, claim, status, interpretation, source_ids, and citation_url are always present. Optional fields include value (number or string), unit, display, as_of, notes, supersedes, and superseded_by.id, title, url, source_type, date, primary flag, and citation_url. url is null when no public original is available. page_or_section and notes are optional.source_ids and categories contain pipe-separated values. An empty closing ledger contains only its header row; that does not establish that no sale occurred.Match a claim's source IDs to the bibliography. Retain the as-of date, evidence status, interpretation, and any qualification when using a figure. Follow superseded_by to the replacement record. Cite the citation_url and original source where available.
Coverage dates are not freshness guarantees. Asking prices, recorded sales, borrowing limits, balances, and spending are different measures. These exports exclude private buyer details and local document files.
