# What public sources disclose about Lakefront marketing

The December 2025 offering document reports approximately $33 million, as of October 2025, in one category made up of architecture and engineering, consulting, marketing, and financing costs. It does not isolate marketing.

Public records through October 7, 2026 identify Pivot Group as having a marketing role connected with Lakefront. They do not disclose a contract amount. That missing amount is an open question. It is not a basis for estimating a fee from the $33 million category.

Anything that would answer the question has to be a real document: a contract, a change order, an invoice, a ledger, or an exhibit that is actually public or otherwise lawful to publish. A leaked copy would not be posted automatically.
